i would probably just stay away from sweeteners all together :)
try getting use to not having any sugar in drinks just drink herbal tea, black coffees and water. Then just have a diet coke every now and again :*
Artificial sweetners can actually trigger your body into craving sugar. Truvia is less likely to cause this reaction since its natural and not a chemical. but still. Plain is better. Your body can break down chemicals or it can break down fat. Diet sodas are just a chemical shit storm. Any type of soda should be avoided at all cost, calorie free or not. Even with zero calorie water, they still have preservatives. Which take your body a long time to break down.
Weight Loss Tip #31
Never eat anything bigger than about a cup, your stomach will expand and you’ll get hungry more. If you need to, eat more frequently, but not bigger amounts
Whose fault is it that you’re so fucking fat? Oh right..it’s yours.

🌷Spring is almost here🌷
Time to boost my weight loss💪🏼
Instead of getting high and binging,
I smoke, listen to weight loss hypnosis while scrolling through my anablr.
So much better for me.
Weight loss is a mental challenge not a physical one. Change your mind and your body will follow.
The best part about weight loss is feeling it, finally, after being uncomfortable for so long. It’s running your hands over your hip bones, feeling your collarbone and sharp shoulders, the space between you and your clothing when you move. It’s sitting down without your stomach bulging. It’s walking without your thighs slamming together. It’s placing your hand to the side of your face and feeling that delicate cheekbone in your palm. Looking thin is great, but feeling thin is amazing.
Smoke weed before bed and listen to weight loss hypnosis while sleeping.
5 questions before eating
Am I going to be happy with myself after eating this?
Am I really hungry or just looking for taste or comfort?
Is this food what I planned to eat today?
Do I need distraction right now to resist temptation?
Is a few seconds of food in my mouth going to be worth the weight loss that could be in its place?
